As part of a comprehensive rethink of Openreach’s safety training, we were engaged to deliver practical training on techniques to mitigate the risk of workplace violence.

We created a realistic scenario to model good and bad behaviours. We follow an engineer attending a call with a hostile customer designed to highlight factors such as body language, use of language and attitude.

An established expert in the field goes on to provide insights and commentary on both good and bad versions drawing out key learnings for the leaner.
