In these strange new times, we found ourselves attending our first virtual award ceremony last week – the EVCOM Clarion Awards. We were delighted to win an award in the Diversity & Inclusion category for our work with Standard Chartered.
Standard Chartered commissioned us to produce a film for International Men’s Day. We live in an age where people ask ‘isn’t everyday International Men’s Day?’ yet Diversity and Inclusion is increasingly important in the workplace. This is a day to highlight some of the issues that men face.
Challenging male stereotypes and promoting positive male role models makes a better world for all of us. In the film, we get a variety of people – both men and women who are unaware of IMD – to read about it from an autocue on camera, with the camera capturing their genuine reactions and responses.
